Our mushrooms growing workshop sold out fast. There's going to be another mushrooms growing workshop, in the Fall. All the participants today, were delighted to make their own blue oysters grow bucket to take home.

OH, that explains it... King Oyster are a top fruiting variety, they never like to fruit out of holes.

They prefer to remove the lid or bag and have about 20% of the surface area exposed
