What do I do now? Tomatoes over the trellis?
Will they just fall on top of each other? Last year I pruned and it was an awful season. I let them go this year. Pics are showing ridiculous growth. No I didn’t over nitrogen by tomatogirl100

@carstenfranke So, here's a thought. If I kept interbreeding the sungolds, wouldn't they eventually revert to the parents? Then I could figure out who they are!

@carstenfranke So, having grown up around tomatoes, I'm thinking they are #Brandywine heirloom tomato crossed with one of the yellow-fruited heirlooms. From the article: "There are a number of other yellow-fruited heritage cherry tomato varieties to choose from – ‘Galina’, ‘Gold Nugget’ and ‘Golden Sunruse’ are a few alternatives to consider." From the article: "There are a number of other yellow-fruited heritage cherry tomato varieties to choose from – ‘Galina’, ‘Gold Nugget’ and ‘Golden Sunruse’ are a few alternatives to consider." So, did a #SungoldTomato taste test tonight (say that ten times fast). The ones from the farmstand were bigger than ours, but not as tasty. As for ours, the ones grown in containers and in the #CommunityGarden were on the small side, but delicious. And, the ones from the garden had just a wee bit more sweetness. I still have a couple more tomato plants that could use bigger spaces, so I'll add some composted soil, then plant those in the community garden. I still have plenty of room, especially since I harvested the two potato plants recently.
