I need to clear a good spot to start my first perennial wine cap mushrooms growing bed too. I want to start building that mushrooms bed, next week. I'm starting one perennial oyster mushrooms bed & a new grow bucket, this week.

Mom harvested the first flush, over the past weekend, while I was on my gals getaway.
It's starting to grow the second flush now.
Lots of fab #mycelium 🙂

I got a very early birthday present this morning, a fancy mushroom growing kit! I've grown regular oyster mushrooms from a kit before. These are grey oyster mushrooms and pearl oyster mushrooms. Look forward to photos of mushroom growing progress 😁

#Mushroom #Gardening question -- how easy it is to grow #ShiitakeMushrooms? A neighbor wants to give me a log, but I have no idea what to do with it. And yes, I could look it up, but I'd rather hear tips from folks here before I do that.

Day 23 fungi growth. I've already harvested 12 mushrooms earlier last week from this small container.

My #ChestnutMushrooms are doing real well so far. I've cut away the plastic from sides to let it breathe better. No bad molds spotted so far. Just lots of good #mycelium that's created these baby #edible #mushrooms 😊

@silphium I had a delayed start on it so these are just day 2. No real growth expected for about a week.
