I cannot express how bonkers it is that someone did the Grouse Grind (a popular hiking trail up Grouse Mountain just outside Vancouver) 19 times in 19 hours!!
I joggeed/ran/hiked it just once, in my absolute prime physical condition at the age of 23 in about 1hr 15min I think. It was really REALLY hard. Nearly puked at the top.
19 times is absolutely nuts.
