The Grounds for Sculpture is a 42 acre art park full of sculpture large and small, new and old. It's worth spending a day if you're nearby.
The sculptures in the photo, modeled after the subjects in the painting "American Gothic", stand about 15 feet tall in front of a painting of the American Gothic House.. The background painting is about 20 feet behind the sculptures.
