Groadtober 2025 definitely isn’t as eventful for us as Groadtober 2003 was.
At least it was nice to save on flyer printing costs by making one flyer for the entire month’s worth of shows.

On #Groadtober 7th we remember this show that happened in Steve Aoki’s living room AKA The Picke Patch in Isla Vista California.
A very early tour! Back when we had a drummer and JonnyX played guitar.
You could tell we were a hardcore punk band from Portland because we had the stereotypical black and white banner we hung up at every show -
It’s #Groadtober 6th and the 24th anniversary of this show at the DAM House in #DavisCA arranged by some connected to #KDVS
We were just wrapping up our weirdest tour ever (we departed on Sept 7, 2001 so a lot of the shows we played were the first shows that really happened in the towns we stopped in after 9/11).
Always a treat to play a show with a band George Chen is involved with.

It's #Groadtober 5th AKA Dead Moon Night.
We only played with them once, in Sacramento, 2002 at Primo's Swiss Club. I'm sure they didn't like us at all but it was still a great show and they always were the realest of real.
I wish I could find the photos I took that night on a cheapo 35mm point-n-shoot camera with grainy b&w film. Kinda perfect for them.
