Mashable: Grindr is testing a new AI plan that could cost $220 a week. “Grindr has been testing EDGE in Australia and New Zealand, and it’s now expanding the pilot to Canada and some U.S. cities. Rynek pracy po AI: CV nie działa, działa Tinder
Mieliśmy nadzieję, że sztuczna inteligencja usprawni rynek pracy. Tymczasem doprowadziła do patologii, w której algorytmy masowo odrzucają kandydatów, zanim ci zdążą się zaprezentować. Efekt? Zdesperowani poszukujący pracy omijają oficjalne kanały i szukają rekruterów tam, gdzie najłatwiej nawiązać relację – na portalach randkowych.
Serwis Gizmodo przytacza zaskakujące dane z najnowszego badania ResumeBuilder.com, które rzucają nowe światło na kondycję rynku pracy w 2025 roku. W obliczu „horroru”, jakim stała się tradycyjna rekrutacja przemielona przez systemy AI, networking stał się jedyną deską ratunku. A skoro LinkedIn jest przesycony botami, ludzie przenieśli się na Tindera, Bumble i inne, podobne aplikacje.
Koniec rekrutacji, jaką znamy? Startup Sorce automatycznie wysyła CV na miliony ofert pracy
Tinder zamiast LinkedIna. Statystyki nie kłamią
Liczby są szokujące. Według badania, aż jeden na trzech użytkowników aplikacji randkowych wykorzystał je do znalezienia pracy. Co więcej, dla prawie 10% badanych był to główny powód założenia konta w takim serwisie.
To nie są przypadkowe „matche”. Użytkownicy działają strategicznie:
- 66% respondentów szukało osób pracujących w konkretnych firmach, do których chcieli się dostać.
- 75% celowo parowało się z ludźmi zajmującymi stanowiska, które sami chcieli objąć.
Skuteczność tej metody jest zaskakująco wysoka. 37% osób, które nawiązały taki kontakt, ostatecznie otrzymało ofertę pracy. Ciekawostką jest fakt, że w przypadku 38% respondentów relacja zawodowa zakończyła się również… relacją fizyczną.
Winne jest AI (i bezrobocie)
Dlaczego ludzie uciekają się do takich metod? Bo tradycyjna ścieżka „wyślij CV i czekaj” przestała działać. Firmy, zalewane tysiącami zgłoszeń (często generowanych przez AI), używają tanich i niedoskonałych algorytmów do wstępnej selekcji. Te systemy, obarczone błędami, potrafią odrzucić idealnego kandydata w ułamku sekundy, zanim jego CV trafi do człowieka. Networking – czyli polecenie przez kogoś z wewnątrz – stał się jedynym pewnym sposobem na ominięcie cyfrowego bramkarza.
Grindr nowym biurem pośrednictwa pracy?
Zjawisko dotyczy nie tylko najpopularniejszych aplikacji jak Tinder czy Bumble. AJ Balance, dyrektor produktu w Grindr, przyznał w rozmowie z Bloombergiem, że około jedna czwarta z 15 milionów miesięcznych użytkowników używa tej aplikacji do celów networkingowych. Z kolei ekskluzywna aplikacja Raya, znana z selekcji celebrytów, oficjalnie pozycjonuje się już jako społeczność do „łączenia się i współpracy”, pozwalając na wyszukiwanie ludzi po branżach.
Rynek pracy w 2025 roku zatoczył koło: technologia miała nas odciążyć, a zmusiła nas do powrotu do najbardziej pierwotnych metod budowania relacji – twarzą w twarz, tyle że zainicjowanych przesunięciem palca w prawo.
