For #GrindayFriday this week we have new powerviolence/grind EP 'Done In' by GIVE OVER from Leeds, UK. This is a brutal, wild, intense EP - there's cool riffs and breakdowns all over the place. I dig it. Been playing it pretty regularly the last few days.

For this #GrindayFriday, something that came out just five years ago but should already be considered a classic. Seattle, Washington's CAUSTIC WOUND gave us this brutal, crushing riffy LP 'Death Posture' in 2020. They have a new one coming end of April-- they're a band to watch. Cropping the cover here, as it's a bit morbid, fair warning. Few songs are over or even reach two minutes long. I love albums that get to the point and don't give up til the end.
