Can we admire Griffin’s handwriting. I’ve seen it be more readable too (he went to a French primary school, maybe that’s why such fancy cursive).
Script and various photos for sale, all £50-£100+ and a few film props. The arty kid character‘s sketchbook is a mere £1500.
Script is dated a few years before filming, but the writer/director did have it ready for that long 🤷🏻♀️

Had a hankering to see #GriffinGluck making those fabulous faces as Kevin in #DinnerInAmerica so rewatching. Damn, I love this #film. Such an offbeat, honest work. Need the cosiness as the darkness draws in. I’m not such an autumn person (sunlight in spring 😘

Began sorting pictures of Griffin as Gabe smiling and it’s interesting how many different vibes there are. They’re not all so easy to sort by vibe. I began with two categories and they cross over a lot.

Used a very good free gif site to both edit the clip and gif it, but being 0.7 seconds long is very quick to watch either way. Took screenshots too. It’s a rare moment of #Gabe looking worried, and kinda cute (I might be very biased).

In between hecking tiredness, I finally watched #TrustMe, a #film Griffin’s in for the first ten minutes.
It seems a sweet film and then got more interesting, and a little confusing. It’s got quite a cast for a film you might never have heard of.
I didn’t realise #SaxonSharbino who plays Lydia, was also in American Vandal season one as Sarah Pearson. It’s a good role for #ClarkGregg which is understandable since he also wrote and directed it.

#PennedPossibilities 769 — What inspired the story of your (latest) WIP?
The initial “let’s put nine characters together” was inspired by my hecking crush on their actor #GriffinGluck. They got thrown together somewhere and the story was initially them figuring it all out.
One soon became very loud in my head, all “I’m the main character, hi!” and the wider plot of the story grew from some of theirs in their #TV show #LockeAndKey and also what I read on the #comic book’s wiki.

More new finds last night. More photos from the #CruelSummer cast promo trip to Disneyland (so cute, though I wonder if they ate much of the #food. Lots of posing with it). Also some extra clips from the show and behind the scenes on the #tv show’s instagram.
They dressed younger in the first part of the show and, again, too cute. #SadieStanley was 20 and #GriffinGluck 21. Almost his last teen role. He passed for a kid quite well. She’s in the new #KarateKid movie.

Apparently I shouldn’t worry about repeatedly scrolling through #GriffinGluck tag on instagram since it keeps serving things I haven’t seen before. Just found a funny minute he did in an unaired pilot called #GoldenState from seven years ago. Just the other day I found an interview with a photoshoot from last year, and a post about him getting a new tattoo earlier this year. Happy time in #fandom for me.

Talking of Luke Chambers, my favourite of the #GriffinGluck characters (he has my heart, though Jack and Gabe are the most fun), I have added only Luke Ducharme of #LoveLife and not Kevin of #DinnerInAmerica or Scotty of #WhyHim since we don’t see enough about them for me to have 12 kids when 10 is already too many. Workshopping nicknames due to having two Lukes (which makes me think of the “two soups” sketch with Julie Walters), I’ve settled on LD, but also still Luke where it’s not confusing.

While I think of it, Ali Ahn’s home so I guess #PigVillage has finished filming. Idk who wants to know. #GriffinGluck doesn’t post much so he might be home, might have stayed in Korea for a bit, could be anywhere tbh.
I guess it’ll be out next year and I’m curious for his role. It’s not a main role, but it’s almost certainly his first playing an adult #character which I think he was holding out for. I’m imagining a character drinking, smoking, being an ass, but I hope not dying.

I’m on episode nine of my rewatch of #CruelSummer season two. It was easier on the rewatch until episode seven. Very interesting to hear dialogue that hits differently the second time. Griffin said in an interview that he tried to make Luke really likeable and he succeeded. Isabella’s very sympathetic too (or us with her, however you word it). Megan’s a bit more in the middle. I’ve held off finishing cos stuff happens, but I think I’m going in.
