  2. I am so touched by the first review that I received from my first participant in the #petloss support program, in which I use the #grief recovery method as taught by the #griefrecovery institute.

The grief recovery method is the only evidence based method that helps people process their grief and recover from unresolved grief that causes pain in one's life until it's resolved.

The universe brought in my path the 2nd person with whom I will work the program, when she will receive the handbook!

  3. The podcast is out. It's available in several platforms but I share the link from Libsyn.

In this [Campfire Talk] we delve deep into a difficult, but necessary subject: climate grief. Our guest today is Elisabeth Dimitras, a neurodivergent queer soul activist and founder of the online antispeciesist website Ethos & Empathy. Elisabeth is from Greece, but had to move to Sweden due to climate change. She'll tell us about her dreams, the story of her loss, what she learned about the mourning the living, both human and non-human, and about climate grief. In the [Offering], Elisabeth will read us The Shambhala Warrior Prophecy as told by Johanna Macy.

Attention: The episode can be a bit emotionally heavy at times. There is a mention of suicide in the last half.

  4. You Are Not Alone

IDK if it's the loneliness epidemic, or because my brand is about empathy and kindness, or both BUT RECENTLY I've been getting more people sending me DMs on LinkedIn sharing stuff about their personal struggles or challenges related to feeling very sad and alone.

This surprises me because I've not heard from some of them before (or for a while) and to share confidential stuff also shows I'm reaching them with my transparency about my own struggles with the family and friend I lost this year (may they RIP).

I'm crafting a #PSA about #crowdsourcing solutions towards Community Support for Mental Health on there, along with listing resources in North America that they can access for free.

It could be also because I've shown up at IRL for tech events and #CoffeeChats in #Vancouver opening about my own #GriefRecovery and volunteering with BC Bereavement Helpline including hosting 2 out of 3 #MourningWalks this summer with Tech2Step Canada.
