Making brunch today. Bacon on the rack, shredded hashbrowns under the dome, and I’ll eventually throw some eggs on once things are close to ready. #Blackstone #GriddleNation

Went with some gourmet burgers (2 Mesquite for me, Peppered for my wife, plain for the kid) for the inaugural grill. Though I did grill up some onions prior to this. So is it still inaugural? Also had to operate just one burner - even on low it’s hot! #Blackstone #GriddleNation

Finally getting around to setting up and seasoning the #Blackstone griddle I picked up from Costco last month. Picked a great day to do it - not too hot, gentle cool breeze, and active bird song. Almost meditative with a side of olive oil smoke. #griddlenation
