Another Bochum #sunset, on April 24: four pictures covering just two seconds in which a separated #GreenSegment is forming and vanishing while weird #schlieren features dominate the disk - I still haven't identified the source but it must be very far away (in another shot distant birds in front of the 'boiling' Sun are sharp). And the #Bochum #sunset show goes on ... today the #sunspot group (1)4087 was very prominent, and there was #AtmosphericalOptics galore: sometimes it stretched or duplicated the spot vertically while at other times a #GreenSegment 'lifted off' from the Sun's upper limb.
