We spent a day #hiking the #GreenMountains near #Stowe, #Vermont #USA. We really challenged ourselves. Some good elevation on the hike and we burned 1400 calories. Of course, we gained it all back after dinner because we had the final two tickets for the Ben and Jerry's Factory Tour. All the #icecream !

Mount Cleveland is a mountain in the #GreenMountains in the #USState of #Vermont. Located in the #BreadloafWilderness of the #GreenMountainNationalForest, its summit is in the town of #Lincoln in #AddisonCounty. The mountain is named after #GroverCleveland, former president of the United States. Mount Cleveland is one of five peaks in Vermont's #PresidentialRange.

The #GreenMountains sure lived up to their name today.
After the hike a few of us went out to Worthy Burger, which has somehow gotten better since we moved away. Then back to #NH for ice cream and a walk on the rail trail.
At some point I realized we'd unintentionally spent Mother's *and* Father's Day this year with the same group of gender/queer friends - an utter delight, and a healing one at that.
