  1. I've been welcoming the dandelions in my yard for years now. And I realize that they've entirely taken over. What started out as a monoculture of grass has become a monoculture of dandelions. I've started pulling up some of them.

    What ought I do? I would like it to be a mix of all kinds of things that don't require mowing or watering but still functions as a green place to put my butt down. Ideas?
