    The #Greeks, on the other hand, settled all along #AsiaMinor's coastline, and therefore there is a strong cultural connection b/w the two continents (and let's not forget the empires that the #Macedonian genius, #Alexander the Great, left as an inheritance...)

    I knew this comment would come. I am taking a strictly geographic point of view, though, not an ethnological.

    The #Greeks settled the Mediterranean and #BlackSea coastlines, starting in the 8th century BCE, thus truly milennia.

    I will add #AsiaMinor in the text to avoid confusion.
