CW: Kindred TV show
The new Kindred TV show is really good.
As someone who just read the novel a few years ago, it felt like it expanded that premise into a really interesting world. It's become something that could be fleshed out into multiple seasons, much the way Atwood's Handmaid's Tale was.
There's also something more visceral about seeing the events depicted. It's more affecting to see the cruelty than just reading a situation.
