#Sleepover for The Boy tonight. He’s had a bath, book, bed routine since he was a tiny baby. Milk and cookie joined the #BedtimeRoutine when he was four. He’s now five.
Tonight he chose Peter Pan for his story and five minutes after I put the book down, he was fast asleep. 💙

Junior showed up again, snuck towards the food bowl immediately today and even hung out for a while after eating. Mama Lemon made it a point to sit close to me, to show him it's safe. She did the same thing with Tux and it seemed to help then.

Video call with The Boy tonight. He is 4 and started school last month. After he grilled me with 30 questions about my operation this week and how I’m feeling and if I’m better and if I had a plaster, I was finally able to ask him “How was school today?”
“School was AMAZING today grandma.”
“Oh! Well that’s very good to hear. I’m glad you had such a good day.”
“I did! I learned FOUR new phonemes!”I’ve had to Google #phoneme tonight. Made to feel stupid by a four year old.
