Week four: the reward my rest bought. A fortnight off ended with three days in the Grampians — a near-6-hour Pinnacle hike with the girls, waterfalls, a rare Gang-Gang #Cockatoo. Recharged and adventured, a little heavier, and honest about it. Push, then recover. #Grampians #hiking 🍄

OMG #Grampians has such beautiful #hiking #trails out there and many #photo opportunities. Can't wait to edit some of these and show everyone.

#MacKenzie Falls is unfortunately closed for the year, but we still did a small #hike up to Fish Falls today in the #Grampians. Tomorrow we will do The Pinnacle loop (9km) with the kids and enjoy some breakfast and lunch out at #HallsGap.
