Es cierto que el título de grado no vale para nada en el 99% de los casos del mundillo profesional, pero sigue siendo una situación absurda e injusta si quieres trabajar con la administración.

Finally gave my old reliable #Grado SR80-i #headphones some TLC. The insulation where the wires attach to the ear cups had gotten pretty worn and there was electrical tape wrapped to keep it together. I desoldered the conductors from the drivers, cut back an inch and reattached with heat shrink to protect the entry into the cup and zip ties to provide strain relief. I also color coded the right ear with red heat shrink which I like 😁
The plug end could use some work too, but for another time.
