  1. Good to see folks appreciate this post about accessibility. Maybe they will reconsider following me if they check my stream for Posts and Replies or Boosts. Maybe they will notice I am very definitely antifa. #Accessibility #Antifa

  3. So happy I finally got something/s that I’ve wanted for years since I developed herniated disks and now feature my broken toe, enclosed in a medical boot. #TipOfDay #Grabbar #Handle #Disability #Shower #Bathtub

I used to try these suction grip grab bars similar to this in days my son was starting to lose his balance in the shower. After being so disappointed portable grab bars with suction to apply just never held on enough. They were insecure and fell off often. Landlord wouldn’t allow me to hire someone to install even one nice shiny bar. So, son ended up with his first shower chair.

THESE new bars work like a dream. They have 3 suction cups. All with levers. Supposedly hold up to 250 pounds. I believe it! One is now in the shower vertical next to the inset tile shampoo shelf. The other ON the side, top of the bathtub. It’s between the toilet and whole shower/tub there.

Was leery but when I read most of the reviews on Amazon I could tell they were honest and detailed. Wowie, the set was $65! Oh noes! But it was Prime Day, soooo, my $32 gamble. Worked!
