Seems like the FTC is doing their best to informally signal to AI developers that they are squarely in the Commission’s crosshairs. Hope they’re listening.

I always forget how many people are part of the @PrivacyPros #GPS23, but the noise of the privacy bash is a good reminder. What a delight to see so many old friends again after 4 years! #WherePrivacyBringsYou

By the sound of it, the enforcement of the #DSA may become a free for all, with no harmonised supervision. All member states can decide themselves who should supervise, as long as cooperation with other supervisors will take place. Extra complex for EU-wide platforms! #GPS23
