    Helping an oldie with their digital communications. Their GP sent them a PDF letter stored on a secure portal but they didn't know how to use the PDF viewer on their phone to scale the text up large enough for them to read.

    Also what the heck is going on with NHS-related domain names - two different ones in the same text? nhsm.uk? mjog.net? Had to triple-check myself that they weren't scammer domains.
    Whatever happened to using sub-domains for building trust with users?
