  15. @mmb Thanks! With some more reading I think as long as I'm getting a new toilet and it's EPA certified as WaterSense it's almost as water-conserving as the dual-flush. Gallons per flush 1.28 in WaterSense, 1.1 for the low-water condition in the dual flush ones.
    Side note: Yet another time when I appreciate having government-regulated standards and testing! Too much info for individual consumers to round up and compare.
