Finished #ChainedEchoes (my #GOTY2023) Didn't play much post credits, hoping for the DLC to catch me.
Tipped my toe into #Snowrunner: great game; gifted it to my dad who played through the campaign (I did not).

And since I'm well aware everybody is busy right now playing #SteamNextFest demos, let me point out that the demo for this one is still up. You'll (quite literally!) only scratch the surface of what the game has to offer, but it was enough to get me hooked on what's quickly shaping up to become my #GOTY2023 now.
Oh, and it runs great on Linux, if that's a concern for anyone.

FactorioI started playing again to refresh my memory before the big expansion came out, and ended up sinking another 30 hours into it. Certainly the best factory-builder game design yet made, and possibly the GOAT?

My GOTYs #2: FTL
This year I finally beat FTL’s campaign on easiest mode. This game is brutal, especially the final boss. This was also the year I discovered that the devs don’t care about story, which was WILD to me, given the strength of the game narative.
