When I was little, I often had nightmares, so my mama brought me a baby baku. "It eats bad dreams," she told me.
After that, in the mornings I'd wake up from untroubled slumber and see it fast asleep beside me, its tummy round and taut as a drum from #gorging on my nightmares.
But I was an anxious child and worried: what would happen if I ceased to have bad dreams? My baku would starve! So I deliberately watched scary movies and read troubling books to ensure it never went hungry. #wss366
