Je suis en train de tester la migration de mon compte Google. C'est long, car j'utilise beaucoup les service drive de Google en particulier le GoogleDrive (Docs et Sheet) et GoogleKeep donc je veux tout tester avant. Je vais profiter de ce fil pour donner mes retours d'expérience.
J'ai un compte perso et un compte partagé. Pour mon compte perso, qui est celui avec lequel je synchronise mon téléphone, j'ai souscrit a un workspace @murena , qui est basé sur @nextcloud , car je compte installer /e/OS dessus.1/7

Nyt kun Keep-sovellus sotkeutuu Geminiin, Googlen kalenteriin ja ties mihin muuhun ja meni sitä myöden aivan pyllyilyksi, niin minkä "muistilappusovelluksen" olette todenneet Androidilla itsellenne toimivimmaksi, sillä vaihto on nyt edessä.
Keep on ollu sopivan yksinkertainen, siinä saa tehtyä rastitettavia listoja (esim kauppaa varten) ja samat muistilaput on saanu auki myös koneella selaimen kautta.
Vastaavat ominaisuudet olis kiva, mutta kuulen mielelläni erilaisista vaihtoehdoista.
Plussaa, jos ei kytköksiä tietojenkalasteluun, Amerikkaan, Googleen jne.

Evernote is forcing a decision on me
As a creature of app habit, I’ve kept paying for Evernote even as the rates for my note-taking app of choice have increased considerably–mainly because the new management at that service has improved it tremendously. But now that Evernote’s corporate parent Bending Spoons has discontinued my $129.99/year Personal plan and presented me with a choice between a $99.99/year Starter plan that seems clearly inadequate and a $249.99/year Advanced plan that brings more than I need, I need to rethink that habit.
That 92% rate increase itself requires reconsideration, but it’s not the only thing. There’s the odds of a company on a venture-capital-fueled spending spree that somehow incluces buying AOL will see fit to jack up the annual rate again; I also have to assess whether Evernote’s bosses might make it harder to take my data out of the app that I’ve used since 2010.
But looking over such other note-taking app options as OneNote, Joplin, and Notion while comparing their features, I don’t see an obvious escape pod.
These are my priorities in this indecision-making process, in rough order of descending importance:
- Cross-platform support–macOS, Windows, Android, iOS–is not negotiable, which is why I didn’t mention Apple Notes above.
- I need any other app to import my Evernote archives no less than one notebook at a time; that seems to rule out Microsoft’s OneNote, even though I pay for it as part of my Microsoft 365 subscription.
- I need reliable synchronization, ideally the almost real-time sync that Evernote now does so well. That may be the thing I need to trade to shave all or part of $250 a year from my online-services budget.
- Yearly cost below this year’s $129.99.
- Offline support, because I know how well CES WiFi works.
- Voice transcription for recording interviews, which I’ve come to rely on over the past year.
- Text recognition from a photo of a business card, so I can look up the details of somebody I met without adding them to my contacts list.
- Robust export options so I don’t get stuck in another company’s silo.
- The option of encrypting at least some notes on an end-to-end basis.
- A long-term focus from the app’s developers–why I don’t consider Google Keep, since Google introducing that a week after killiing Google Reader still leaves me with trust issues beyond my trying to reduce the number of single points of failure in my digital life.
Looking over this and comparing it to the research I’ve done so far, I think this makes me look like a Joplin user. Unless the lag that open-source app cites–the most frequent sync interval it allows for the OneDrive cloud storage I already pay for is every five minutes–instead makes me look like somebody who should suck up the extra cost of Evernote, considering what a small fraction it is of my other operating costs.
I wish this choice were clearer. I also wish that I didn’t have to figure this out at the peak cognitive-load period of my year.

Google robi porządki w notatkach. Keep integruje się z Tasks, ale tracimy kluczową funkcję
Google rozpoczęło proces, o którym mówiło się od dawna – wielką unifikację systemów przypomnień.
Użytkownicy aplikacji Google Keep zaczynają widzieć komunikaty o migracji swoich alertów do usługi Google Tasks. Choć na papierze brzmi to jak logiczne porządkowanie ekosystemu, w praktyce oznacza bolesne cięcia funkcjonalności dla wielu użytkowników.
Największą ofiarą tej integracji są przypomnienia oparte na lokalizacji. Do tej pory mogliśmy ustawić w notatce alert, który uruchamiał się np. po wejściu do sklepu czy dotarciu do domu. Wraz z migracją do Google Tasks, ta opcja bezpowrotnie znika, ponieważ Tasks nie obsługuje geolokalizacji. Istniejące dane o lokalizacji nie przepadną całkowicie, ale zostaną zdegradowane do formy zwykłego tekstu w opisie zadania, tracąc swoją magiczną moc wyzwalania powiadomienia.
Zmienia się też sposób, w jaki będziemy otrzymywać alerty. Sama aplikacja Google Keep przestanie wysyłać powiadomienia o terminach. Od teraz ten obowiązek przejmują aplikacje Google Tasks oraz Kalendarz Google. Oznacza to, że jeśli ktoś korzystał tylko z Keepa, będzie musiał zainstalować i skonfigurować dodatkowe oprogramowanie, by nie przegapić ważnych spraw.
Sama integracja ma też swoje plusy – przypomnienia z notatek będą teraz widoczne na siatce Kalendarza oraz na liście zadań, opatrzone etykietą „Z Keep”. Kliknięcie w nie przeniesie nas bezpośrednio do źródłowej notatki. Warto jednak pamiętać o pewnym braku synchronizacji: edycja tytułu przypomnienia jest możliwa z poziomu wszystkich aplikacji, ale jeśli zmienimy tytuł samej notatki w Keep, nazwa zadania w Tasks nie zaktualizuje się automatycznie.
Google zapowiadało finalizację tego procesu na drugą połowę 2025 roku, więc u większość użytkowników zmiany powinny pojawić się lada dzień.

Google ha implementado una integración largamente anunciada que fusiona los recordatorios de Google Keep con Google Tasks, estableciendo a esta última como la única plataforma para gestionar tus tareas pendientes en Workspace. Este cambio simplifica la gestión de la productividad al centralizar todos los pendientes, ya sea que provengan de Keep, Gmail, Calendar o Docs. La funcionalidad se activa por defecto e impactará incluso en los recordatorios existentes con fecha y hora (Fuente Google).
La unificación busca proporcionar una solución única y centralizada para la gestión de tareas dentro del ecosistema de Google Workspace. A partir de esta actualización, cualquier recordatorio creado en Google Keep que incluya una fecha y hora específica se guardará automáticamente como una tarea dentro de Google Tasks.
