I just saw a FB reel from a guy saying we all have twelve good years after age 60 before your body starts the slow progression to the end.
I can confirm. Just turned 70, and in helping outside today with a big contractor renovation on a failed retaining wall and drain, I simply cannot do what I used to do. I've always been able to work hard outside, now it is much harder.
The guy was saying if you can financially retire early, do it and enjoy life while you can. #GoodPlan
