In reading Bob Scheiffer's autobiography, he said something any working #journalist will understand.
Sometimes while on assignment chasing a story - such as I did for years at AirVenture - you get breaks only when they come, which can be hours apart.
He said, if you "See food...eat it. If you see a bathroom...use it. If you see a bench or chair...sit on it.
By the end of #Airventure week, I never passed a bench without using it for a quick break.
