Morning Fediverse friends. Morning has broken and yes as it’s Sunday we’re in Costa enjoying a latte and sausage barm / bap / roll (depending on where you live).
The weekly weight in was as dire as I thought after holiday eating for a week. 1.3Kg put on sigh. It will come off again this week. It will. I have to lose at least that weight if not more to be happy next week. Just over 2 weeks until my bloods are tested so yeah….. be strong and starve.
