A lot of people I know don’t seem to have heard this, but the #MenB vaccine shows ~40% efficacy against #gonorrhoea and is well worth a shot (ba-dum-tish) if you are gay/bi/msm man on #PrEP ± #doxyPEP. JCVI recommended it back in 2023 but Tories and now Shit-wipe Streeting of the Red Fascists have sat on their hands as with doxyPEP. In UK, Boots offer MenB for ~£100
