Die Wahlbeobachter der russischen Organisation Golos haben ihre Arbeit eingestellt. Ihr Co-Vorsitzender war zuletzt wegen angeblicher Mitarbeit im europäischen Wahlbeobachter-Netzwerk ENEMO verurteilt worden.

Official #Tsikhanouskaya result = 0.1 * 0.84 * 7.6 M = 0.64 M

#Golos so far = 1.2 M

Your interpretation seems to be that almost everybody who sent their vote to Golos voted for Tsikhanouskaya, so she must have got at least 20% of the vote.

This is a reasonable guess. It's unlikely that equally many Łukaszenko and Tsikhanouskaya supporters submitted photos to Golos.
