  1. I have always wanted something like an #ssh connection to the #iot devices I work on. Today we published about how to use #Golioth RPCs and a simple front end to do just that.

  2. This is a product I'm helping to write some @zephyr code for, as part of a newly launched Golioth solutions. It can measure 840A in one direction! Wowsa!

  3. This was my 4th time on Circuit Break (formerly the Macrofab Engineering Podcast). This time I joined Parker and Stephen to talk about my work at #Golioth, including our end-to-end reference designs.

As luck would have it, I had some boards processing at #MacroFab at the time of recording and once they're in-hand and verified, we'll be open sourcing the design. Looking forward to sharing more about that in the coming months.

  4. Here's me talking manufacturing for a half hour about #golioth hardware with Brenden from #Macrofab. If I had to sum it up: Brenden wants you (ok, me) to use more test points on PCBs. They're free, after all!

  5. Uh oh, Chris talking about firmware?? Well I discuss and use #zephyrrtos often for my own projects and for work I do at #Golioth. So this week I asked @kartben developer advocate at Zephyr, to join me on The Amp Hour.

  6. Posted a video and blog where I show off a publicly available binary for the Nordic Semiconductor Thingy91. People can use it to try out #Golioth without any compiling

  7. Good news from #Golioth today via Stacey Higgenbotham's blog: we raised a round of funding ($4.6M) and are releasing our Reference Designs more broadly

  8. I enjoyed getting to join @logicalelegance and @Stoneymonster on @embedded once again. I have been doing a lot more firmware in my day to day and it was fun to talk through what we're doing at #Golioth with #zephyrrtos and how to make tiny machines talk to the internet in a secure and efficient way.

  9. I wrote a post about the 5 demos we brought to #ew23 showcasing #zephyrrtos, Nordic Semiconductor, #golioth, and various sensors and peripherals.

We also recorded some example videos showcasing how we put it all together, including the new ePaper faceplate on our reference designs.

  14. When something goes wrong with a device, I want as much data from that unit as possible. But I also don't want to clog up the pipeline with every other device in the fleet or with unnecessary debug logging messages.

With #zephyrrtos and #golioth, you can change log levels dynamically, pinpointing a device that is giving you heartburn because of unknown behavior.

    Great article from Mike.

.@szczys loves using Node-RED. In this #tutorial, he details how to use it to control #IoT devices on @golioth_iot. It's easy to set up a connection to #WebSockets & the REST API but the secret is the URL which includes the #Golioth API key. Read more: blog.golioth.io/how-to-use-nod

  18. A large number of projects we see are a sensor to the cloud. Getting familiar with how to use sensors with your #ZephyrRTOS app will go a long way!

#ZephyrRTOS has a way of interacting w/ #sensors that can be challenging to learn & duplicate. @golioth_iot's Vance Farren incorporated a sensor driver w/out it being part of the @ZephyrIoT tree & shares his key learnings here: buff.ly/3tviYDL #Golioth #opensou
