Morning all. I’m recovering from the most joyful evening that I’ve had for a long time. Yes, that’s right, #GoldieLookinChain were in #Bridgend, and so was I.
It was wonderful, complete nonsense, offensive, rude and ignorant nonsense. These guys are so slick at their performance, taking turns to lead. I knew most of the words, and learned plenty more tracks that I hadn’t heard before. Shout out too to the support, #BreichiauHir, who were not dreadful and I would see again #Cymraeg -
Something for #Portsmouth and #Southsea people, as well as any fans of Goldie Lookin Chain or Welsh hip-hop in general (may be a stretch, that last one) but here's GLC visiting South Parade Pier, talking about Fratton Park and Steve Claridge, having a drink in the Jolly Sailor, finding the Florence Arms a bit posh (one for you there @MathC) and meeting some proper local geezers at the end.
