Hier, Golden Sun (黄金の太陽, Ōgon no Taiyō) a eu 25 ans.
Je n'étais que très peu exposé aux Final Fantasy et si je me souviens bien, j'ai acheté le premier opus dans la boutique de jeux d'occasion du coin (sans doute en francs, d'ailleurs).
Content de voir qu'on est encore nombreux à espérer une suite solide, même s'il s'agit pour beaucoup d'un rêve de gosse.
Mais combien de films cucul nous disent de croire en nos rêves ? 😁

January 2026 Daily Drawings!
Here they all are, the dailies I attempted for January 2026! I didn't do one for each day, and I didn't post all the art I did either in separate art posts which you can see in these summaries. I wasn't sure the best way to split it up, but by showing the two halves of the month, you can see when I had the time/energy to do these.
I don't have plans to do another month of these, but I would love to do them from time to time. They were fun to do and share and gave me confidence that I can get ideas out relatively quickly. Each of these took anywhere from 1 to 2 hours.

玩到三分之一，游戏突然进入了开放世界……而且非常怪的是前三分之一明明是非常清晰的线性剧情，看攻略后三分之一也是线性剧情，中间突然插这么一竿子就感觉是剧情断线和卡档。
前三分之一的剧情最终指向解锁航船，然后指出了航船的第一个目的地，但完成对应任务后就完全没有任何引导了，攻略书和walkthrough影片都是直奔南极大陆，可是剧情并没有给出任何要去那里的提示或者伏笔啊，真的很怪玩1的时候始终感觉这游戏有点熟悉但没抓到，这会儿终于恍然大悟，羸弱的剧情、故弄玄虚的解密、一个个任务挑战、满地图抓精灵、靠各种技能华丽对战，这不就是低配宝可梦游戏……
我现在对这个系列的心情就完全是「夹到自己碗里的菜必须吃完」……

为了快速通关这次直接玩得汉化版，不得不说汉化质量其实挺一般，缺字、别字、语气奇怪等小毛病非常多，精灵、道具和技能名称翻译也不通顺大概是因为卡带容量翻倍（16M），下部的地图复杂了很多，几乎到了不用穿墙金手指就反复跑图的程度，很是磨人。我刷经验到二十多级之后常开避免战斗，不想花一秒钟在任何拉锯式回合战斗上
第一章因为有海啸元素，涉及到了气候灾难和灾后重建等议题。在当下的时间节点（否认全球暖化的政客上台、西班牙洪灾等等）看起来额外讽刺

终于正式打通了
这根本不是个故事啊……没有高潮结尾，没有任何成型的剧情结构，就只是一个事件推着另一个事件往下走……这也能算 #JRPG 吗……结局大战实在太蠢了，正反派一群人围着一个在最后章节才出现的NPC所引出的、直到这场戏才正式出场的副册又副册NPC争论了十分钟，我心说你们的主线目标呢？最初踏上征途要拯救的伙伴呢？这个莫名成为是否要被保护焦点的角色who is she? I dont know her!!
看了下存档一共用时22h。我在搜攻略时意外找到了当年游戏发行时 #PRIMA 出版的一本一二部攻略合集，内容十分详实节省了不少玩家自己兜圈子的事件。一边看着功略书一边玩这种古早像素游戏着实有种怀旧感，但我还是更感激模拟器的即时存档和倒带功能的存在，可以说极大提升了游戏体验
说实在的不是很有必要继续打第二部，因为这个游戏的一切精华全都在对战上（大概占了游戏七成的比重，以至于制作者要在菜单里单独留个对战功能），这部分我完全不感冒。而且这游戏为了配合其中世纪设计对话用了衬线体，这实在太蠢了

还有另一段关卡设计发出来供象友品鉴：
游戏中后盘的主线剧情里，主角因意外救下了某城主而被允许破例加入一场类似那达慕大会的英雄比赛。在剧情出现中对此的铺垫是：这场大会是整个大州的盛会，主角一行坐船到达会场城市，同行有远道而来专程参加的NPC，行船过程中还和玩家并肩作战过；到达会场城市后，发现整个城市都是围绕大会而发展建设的，从博彩到道具商再到旅店伙计和住客都三句不离这场大会多牛屄重要；会场设在城市中心以至于以往在城中心的城主宅邸都被挪到边上，人水泄不通角色甚至没法挤进去看；同行的远道而来的那两位NPC因为没赶上时间节点而无法参会。
在这一切场景设计下，主角因为救下的那位城主的两句话就被强制参加了那场「必须通过初选才能参加」的英雄比赛……
这还不是最离谱的，以示公平玩家不被允许使用自己的装备，需要通过一系列障碍解谜从中获得道具最终站上比武场对决对手；但在每场比赛前，玩家会被领着参观每个障碍解谜环节并且强制玩家按同行队伍成员技能分配观赛地点，以便在开始前在场外用技能协助主角……主策你是把公平当什么了

而且本线中的角色设计十分气人，被绑架的城主明明是被囚又被救却反过来为了帮绑匪说话，成为此前没有任何铺垫的圣父形象；救人前城主夫人明明无能为力却拒绝主角介入，但剧情设计又是除了主角无人能用；而且玩家三番两次跑图、经历一大半剧情主线后终于完成救人，主角夫人反而一副被欠钱的样子要求主角「承担责任立即离开城镇」，只有用读心术才能看到她一句表示感谢的心里话
真就活生生那种在你面前打滚喊疼你问候一声就让你不用操心好好学习然后你买了止疼药却反被骂一顿操闲心最后还要被劝「父母都是刀子嘴豆腐心」的那种活爹，瞬间火气就上来了
就这一条支线设计就足以把本作所有剧情设计分扣光，我最终给本作3.5/5真的是十分仁慈慷慨了。

前面说那个救城主的剧情在临近尾声终于完成，这也是暴露制作者在剧情设计上巨大不足的一条线。
首先，这是一条复线，意味着通关游戏完全不需要完成，但与此同时，这条剧情的开端却被安排在最一开始、而且是和主线强关联（涉及剧情的角色之一成为全程的队伍角色）。玩家刚刚结束序幕章节、第一次进入世界地图就遇上该剧情线的动画演出，后面又紧跟着涉剧情角色入队，自然而然的期待就是这会是剧情主线的一部分并投入推进，但该线却由此被搁置，只有零星的NPC对话会提供一些不需要玩家行动的情报；直到剧情中段、玩家解锁了一些必要秘技后终于开始接近剧情，但马上就被剧情设计硬性中止回到主线；直到游戏末盘玩家才终于拥有完成该剧情的全部能力，但又要突然搁置正在紧密进行的主线来解决这条可选支线。这种反复打断玩家心流的剧情设计是怎么被捧上天的令人费解。 -
随着游玩进度来到尾声，我可以放心地下这个判断了：
《黄金太阳》是一部相当过誉的作品。它有它做得十分优秀的地方，即画面呈现。丰富的动态效果和巧思实现的演出对于掌机的羸弱性能确实惊艳。但放回到电子游戏当时的节点，它绝对算不上翘楚。
剧情编排方面则非常普通，一方面因为这个故事只是一半（但当初欧美口碑也是在作为故事下半部的黄金太阳2推出前积累的所以不必特意算入），缺乏下部形成正反双线叙事，单凭本作只是平铺直叙；演出颇为冗长（前嘟已有提），故事设计也只是颇为传统的勇者救世界故事，角色设计也非常缺乏突破性（部分NPC的设计甚至令人不悦）；谜题设计绝大部分都非常基础，因为倚赖角色秘技所以略显新意，但同时也因为秘技解锁的进度设计而造成卡关。如果抛开「掌机平台」这张加分卡，本作是颇为平庸的作品，对于仍在继续吹这部作品的游戏宅男我的建议是：吃点好的。

其实本来是有点不爽这之前的剧情安排的，主角一出发就遇到某位城主外出被劫、因而有了第一位新伙伴的加入，从那时起城主就被囚待救援；跑了一大圈剧情之后终于到了城主出身地、进入救人剧情，结果城主夫人说主角一行履行天命要紧让主角不要为此停留，我不信邪去被绑地转了一圈果然进不去（而且天南海北跑了好久地图），看了下攻略果然后面还要好久才会开展救人剧情，接下去是先回村拿道具和抓巨灵
我本来心说这什么狗屁剧情安排救人这么要紧的事怎么能用救世宏大叙事喧宾夺主
结果回村以后和乡亲们对话被说「下次回来一定要带着救回来的〇〇角色啊」
这才想起来游戏一开始的主线是坏人劫走了老师和主角的女性伙伴主角要追上去救人来着……打那之后剧情跑太远已经完全忘记那伙人了(lll￢ω￢) -
顺着剧情推进回到了最初的出发地，主角的家乡。出发的时候兵荒马乱对这里印象已经不深了，回来后发现家乡回归了平静，只有发生过惨剧的那户宅子仍旧无法进入
乡亲们的对话都很亲切，对于战士归来很是欣喜
男二和爸妈重逢的剧情有点俗套，倒是和男二姐姐那几句含混的对白感受到了手足间说不出口的牵挂
男主这边妈妈病倒，见到孩子回来第一反应是质问为什么打破了「不完成智尊交代的任务就不回家」的诺言（说实话我真的完全忘了）。忍不住用读心术看了下妈妈的心里话，果然其实是想说很想孩子期待着孩子永久性地回来，稍稍有被感动到 -
已经进入到游戏中盘，我仍然没有看到本作匹配其（欧美）口碑的品质在哪……也难怪本作在欧美销量比本土两倍还多
剧情上也没什么大突破，哪怕在25年前也是很常见的中世纪奇幻；游玩体验上，游戏里倒是放置了非常多解密机制，要求玩家通过使用技能来解决；巨灵的收集要素算是低配宝可梦，但明显太复杂了，各种数值加成、技能解锁和战斗强化；最要命的是在 #MOTHER3 完全没感觉到跑图负担，但在本作就觉得一直在满地图转悠，以至于要去找穿墙金手指……前嘟提到画风，考虑到本作制作节点在PS2发售前后应是受了主机市场全面3D化的影响。实际上本作的图像制作成本应该是远低于妈三，应该是直接给角色3D建模后导出成图片的（毕竟要多视角多角度而且很多动作），妈三则是全人工手绘
