Das Jahr war herausfordernd, hat alles von mir abverlangt, was ich hatte. Ich denke, ich bin damit nicht alleine.
Ich wünsche allen, die mir hier folgen, wunderschöne Festtage, einen gesunden Start in das neue Jahr und, wenn ich einen Wunsch äußern darf, dann den, dass wir uns im nächsten Jahr bei einer schönen Gelegenheit über den Weg laufen werden.

Reminder to self: Drink golden milk when hurty!
My arm and elbow have been bothering me for a couple of weeks. I think I pissed off some soft tissue in the joint, and it hasn't healed yet. By the time I'd drunk about half the mug of golden milk, it stopped hurting. I can feel a sort of pain hangover when I flex the elbow, but that's it.
