Irish Gold Golden Ale is nicely mild and malty with hints of honey and caramel. Fabulous!

Well, it is supposed to be a golden ale, but this is a very copper color. Honestly, it's more like tarnished copper. There's no head, despite the dumping of the beer into the glass

First sip is actually pretty awesome. The bitter twist at the end adds a cap to the sweet and rich center of the beer, but the layered and subtle spices are adding an unexpected and fantastic flair.

The citrus is strong in this squash, especially the grapefruit flavor. A robust brew that took me a little by surprise as a result.
