There are many varieties of #gojiberries. Most people only think of the berries. However, the leaves of gojiberries are also edible and nutritious. I will carefully remove the leaves from the thorny stems. I will dump the leaves into some noodle soup or pasta and cook them until they become tender. Adding a little meat to it will make it taste better. Goji leaves taste earthy and exotic to people who haven't tried it before. #permaculture #homestead
