「Gobo」というクロスポストサービスを知ったので試してみる。

MastodonとBlueskyでは投稿の文字数上限が異なるけど、文字数オーバーするような長文を投稿するときに、それぞれ別の位置で区切ってスレッド化できるというのは便利だな。

例えば標準のMastodonでは500文字、Blueskyでは300文字だけど、400文字の投稿をしたいときには、Mastodonは1投稿で投稿できて、Blueskyは文字数オーバーするので任意の位置で分割してスレッドとして投稿できる。

Mastodonの方は公開範囲も選択できるしCWも使える。

投稿入力画面で、各プラットフォームのプレビューもリアルタイムで確認できる。

メンションは、それぞれ別のメンションを付けることができる。

First big oof: #gobo does not respect my extensive Fedi filters. That’s somewhat reasonable (I think they’d have to be somehow imported from the Mastodon server to the gobo client?) but boy I’m going to need to either recreate them (blah) or unfollow people or both.
