I'm reading A Blink Of The Screen and I'm as pre-misty-eyed as ever when I read Pratchett and there's an unexpected and unusual and somehow mysterious Ian Curtis namecheck and it hits me like a gigaton of bricks.

For context: many years ago I stupidly decided to watch Control, and I was bawling like a baby the whole time, after years without thinking about IC even once.

Hard to believe it's been 10 years already. I'm re-reading Night Watch at the moment.

I remember adding the setting to add the "X-Clacks-Overhead: GNU Terry Pratchett" header to outgoing mail on a couple of mail systems at the time. Probably been removed by now, I don't do much email admin any more.

Still got it on my two general web sites though.
