Ich will nicht alles hoch skalieren. Platz für die Darstellung soll es noch geben. Ich habe es testweise auf 125% die Skalierung geändert aber der Platz wird dennoch nicht genutzt.
Bei meinen damaligen 16:10 Monitor sah es besser aus. -

Mein Skalierungsfaktor beträgt 1,40 und ich finde es ist ein guter Kompromiss für die Größe und Platz. Sollte eigentlich langen aber die #GNOME eigene Darstellung ist nicht so gelungen.

Well, I told myself I was going to stick to debian/stable on the personal laptop, but I see that testing (Trixie) now got updated gnome desktop.
Couldn't resist the upgrade 😄
Very smooth. Only dkms modules of evdi (silly displaylink), and wireguard since they rolled that module into linux-image, have any issue during the dist-upgrade.

Curieux bug depuis peu, qui tend à se répéter de + en + souvent. Lors de la connexion à ma session Gnome, le champ de saisie du mot de passe dysfonctionne. Certaines lettres ou chiffres ne sont pas pris en compte et je dois répéter plein de fois... Au début j'ai cru à un problème de mon clavier, mais non, le reste du temps tout va bien. C'est seulement à ce moment-là que ça coince. Par moment, pas toujours. Très désagréable bien entendu !

I just updated to #nixos 24.05 on my laptop and server. So with #gnome46 I can now very easily use my #microsoft accounts instead of mounting them via rclone. The only thing is that I cannot use this with my school account because #gnome is an untrusted application thus it is not allowed.
But what is really funny is that is possible to access multiple #onedrive accounts natively on #linux while on #windows you can only use one personal and one business account. 😂
