@mentallyalex @tchambers some instances may already have this, but it might come down to a hashtag convention. Sites are usually not *down* per se, but degraded.

Case in point yesterday was Gmail (and calendar, etc..) was down for *some* but not *all* people yesterday. The hashtag #gmaildown was searchable on Twitter during that time. This is the "am I crazy or are others experiencing this?" case.
