It’s a testament to how good almond butter is that I’ll spend ten solid minutes with a spatula trying to get every gram of it out of the crevices of my Vitamix carafe (?) rather than leave a molecule behind.
If it came to it, I think I’d smash any glass jar it’s in and just eat the shards rather than waste any.
Home toasted raw organic Spanish almonds blended into almond butter. Damn fine stuff.
