Mürbteig:
260 g Mehl
0,5 Pck. Backpulver
100 g Zucker
3 EL Vanillezucker
1 Prise Salz
160 g Pflanzenbutter

Füllung:
800 g Seidentofu
400 g Naturtofu
140 g Pflanzenbutter
160 g Zucker
2 Pck. Vanillepuddingpulver
2 Zitronen

Zimtbutter:
100 g Pflanzenbutter
2 EL Zimt

Optionales Topping:
1 TL Zimt-Zucker

I made gluten free pizza dough for the first time. It's sticky as hell, but crunchy and yummy.
I kneaded by hand and may try a hand mixer next time.

Recipe is in German and made with a specific flour mix. You can not exchange for a different flour. (Says the baker who developed the recipe.) Here's the link anyway. The site is a great gf baking resource.
