When you've bought a #painting from me & come to #frame it, please do NOT use the #glass or #plastic #glazing which comes with the frame. Acrylic paints are plastic based & when temperatures rise the #paint may soften & if in contact with the glazing may stick to it. Better to be safe than sorry 🙏

Two cracked panes in the greenhouse roof just repaired with Loctite Superglue Glass left over from another project. Will they hold? Watch this space.

I love the repairability of these old greenhouses (this one's a Halls Europa, circa 1970). The perishable parts are replaceable and still available. It'll be the rubber gaskets next.

Bei der Suche nach einem passenden Bild für die #Laternenfotos bin ich heut über diese Aufnahme gestolpert. Hab mich zur Zeit der Aufnahme schon angesichts der umfunktionierten #Laterne über das Bild gefreut. Ob sich das Vogelpaar genau so an der hellen Behausung erfreut? Kann es doch mit der #Panoramaverglasung eine tolle #Aussicht geniessen!
