The only way to fix this is, obviously, to ensure that those opportunities exist and that they aren't being looked over in favor of less qualified white males.But this is old news.

When something inevitably goes bad, you hear the chorus of people claiming that they weren't qualified, that they were a "diversity hire", as if this couldn't have happened under a white male.

You just know he's going to keep tweeting the way he does and soon those tweets will be there to — intentionally or unintentionally — undermine whatever his CEO says or does. It's even worse than the usual #GlassCliff women in leadership get.
This one possibly baffles me even more than the folks with established careers and reputations who accepted positions in DJT's government or legal teams.
