  6. #Mondog It's HOT and MUGGY. I thank my yardman who came to cut grass this late afternoon in this heat. Kengo inspected it and approved, but at the end, he gave me his signature side-eye.
I hope you can see the tiny spider on a gardenia flower (a different variety). Gladiolus blossoms were too heavy and can't stand straight, but pretty.
    Have a good week, everyone.

  8. Flowers In The Rain.

Raindrops on an Eastern Gladiolus, or Common Corn-flag, (Geranium x magnificum) flower in my back garden, Brighton, Sussex UK.

I usually follow back, and really appreciate and often follow boosters & likers.

  9. #MaidOfTheMist or the #Gladiolus dalenii is a flowering plant in the iris family.

I’ve driven past the front garden where these are growing all week, and haven’t been able to stop. But today I made an exception and disregarded the steady falling rain to snap a few pics to share.

So glad I did because up close they’re just stunning.

These (pictured) are one of the most widely distributed species of Gladiolus, ranging from eastern South Africa and Madagascar throughout tropical Africa and into western Arabia.

This garden has heaps. And the colours are dynamic and bright.

  10. HELP!!!

    Anyone know what this is?

I wanted to say #GladiolusCommunis and exclaim ‘#HelloPossums!!’

But I had a sneaking suspicion it could be something totally different.

And so too does my ID app… in fact it suggests anything from #Lobelia, #Montbretia, #CannaLily - and yes of course… #Gladiolus!

Google image search wanted to tell me it’s a gladdy… but you know what.. I’m not so sure.

Whatever it is, ‘twas snapped on my sisters farm in #Centralvictoria a few weeks back… deep red and it is happy as Larry.

    Oh what the heck, I’ll just say it;
    #HelloPossums!!!!

    🤣🤣🤣

  15. This is a set from artist Arkapami (arkapamiy on Twitter). I’ve seen this set floating around the internet, so maybe you’ve seen it already. Regardless, here’s some Gladiolus from FFXV. Enjoy.
