Leave early, pause at Ciccetta's for melon and rosé sorbet treat because, well simply because I damned well can, and after this year I am bloody well indulging myself when I can.
Tired. Seat, read, home, nap. But a good day.

ça rentre dans #mardiPatisserie ?J'ai vu une vidéo ou une coréenne sort un melon glacé, ajoute du lait de coco dans le coeur précédemment débarrassé des pépins et racle avec son boulier à glace. J'ai essayé, ça fonctionne. Très bon.
Mais, j'ai fait ça dans l'autre sens : mixé des morceaux de melon, ajouté du lait de coco + avoine. Un poil de sucre liq. => moule à bâtonnets. Le melon était très parfumé.
Résultat : #glace légère et délicieuse. -

Been dreaming of handmade ice-cream from Cicetta's near our bookshop. After some work, on a hot, sunny afternoon, I totally indulged myself because.
Last session is a week today, so that will screw me up again, so today I damned well indulge myself. Strawberry and basil sorbet, scoop of peach and oolong.
