Now that #Quebec is seizing the #GiveSendGo funding for the truckers, what's needed is for a large group of contributors to set up a make-shift #Hawala money-trading network up there. Give out money from one person to another. Don't use online; don't use crypto (silly idea); pass cash by hand from contributors. Set up your own donation portal, remove the funds hourly, and pass it out.
