It's platelets donation day again. MrsVark came with me today to witness me getting stuck with a needle, then to go shopping whilst I'm stuck, hooked up to a machine.
Again, I gently suggest that you should find out whether you can donate platelets, or blood if you don't already. It's a way you can give to society that won't cost you much in either money or time.
