Hello everyone! Hope you're all doing well. It was another hot day here in Wisconsin but we had a blast. We spent a few hours at the indoor/outdoor pools then cleaned up and drove into the Wisconsin Dells town. Our resort is actually in Lake Dalton. We walked main street and ended up getting some permanent jewelry done. Ellie a gold heart anklet and me a Cuban link bracelet in silver. Then another 3 hours in the pool. Pretty fun times but tiring.

I need ideas on how to make this last longer! I don't get a long enough nap. 😂 But it is fun, I feel like I am connecting with my girls and getting some rest time, two birds with one stone. Then I get lots of compliments. 😀

Sometimes you get so tired on this hitchhiking road, kids piled on top of you, things don't work out, but it's all worth it in the end. I love Dadding.

My girls still struggle with climbing, still won't climb up the kid rock wall on our playground. I had to guide, teach, and gently encourage them to climb the smallest things. And they would get stuck in the fast-food play places crying because they couldn't come down.
Pretty sure my son has climbed or attempted to climb everything. He already can climb up the bars to a huge slide and slide down it at 1.5 years old.

Not saying that's bad, btw, we need all the hearts and minds compassionate enough to change broken systems, but it insinuates that the childless (and youth themselves!) don't have a reason for caring for the #earth.
